Let’s face it, I go absolutely NOWHERE these days. So if I’m going to spend 90% of my free time watching Dallas and Knots Landing re-runs then I wanna be as comfy as possible doing it! Ya know?! Enter… my dream couch scenarios!

Now, let’s get real. We will be doing well to get just the basics done in the house this year, so we will almost certainly be sitting on my 8 year old IKEA Ektorp for another few years BUT when I do eventually buy I will be buying good and buying once. Sit down Shane.

No. 1

My number 1 is The Slowcoach from Loaf. I mean I’d take any couch from that website really. It’s slouchy, deep and basically a bed so I’m all over it. Comes in over 100 different fabrics too. Just gorge!

My number 2 is basically my number 1. It’s hard to tell the difference. This is The Crumpet from Loaf! All the same slouchiness as the previous. I’m sensing a theme and I’m ok with that.

This sofa is just so cool. It comes in the most amazing colours. It’s The Scott from Made. It is just such a stylish couch. I think two of them facing each other in a room would be GORGEOUS. My budget says otherwise. *eyeroll.

I’ve always loved this French Connection number (yes they do more than clothes!). The Zinc sofa has been available at ‘dfs’ for a long time but their Luxe Velvet collection is just fabliss! This pink one is amazing. I said SIT DOWN Shane.

The ochre colour of my No. 5 is just so luxurious. It’s The Retro Sofa from Lamb Design and it screams style. Not sure if it looks quite as comfy as my beloved Slowcoach but my gosh it’s beautiful!
